Pool Rules
These regulations set forth the principles governing the safety of visitors in general and swimmers in particular, and are intended to ensure the safety and well-being of guests. The signage displayed on the premises, as well as the internal rules posted at the entrance to the pools, are to be considered an integral part of these regulations. Despite the efforts of the Owners, Management, and Lifeguards, it is impossible to eliminate all hazards and prevent every accident. For this reason, swimmers are asked to adhere at all times to the rules and duties dictated by prudence, as well as to respect the regulations of the swimming facility they are using and the written or verbal instructions of the manager, so as not to expose themselves or others to risks they are unable to manage and, above all, so as not to create dangerous situations for themselves or others.
A user who acts unlawfully or with gross negligence completely releases the water park operator from liability.
Responsibility
The establishment accepts no civil or criminal liability for theft, personal injury or damage to property, or accidents, unless the cause is attributable to proven defects in the facilities or to clear negligence on the part of the establishment’s staff.
The customer is obliged to compensate for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence to the facilities, other property or persons.
Parents are jointly and severally liable for their minor children, even if they are unaccompanied.
