Comfort bungalows
The 10 Comfort Bungalows, which were completely renovated years ago, can accommodate up to five people.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, a small living room with a double folding bed, a television and a patio outside.
The 2-room type has on the first floor a room with three single beds with the possibility of adding a cot, while the 3-room type has on the first floor a room with two single beds and a room with a single folding bed or cot.

The 10 Standard Bungalows are very simple and rustic and can accommodate up to 6 persons.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, which was renovated during the winter of 2021/2022, a bathroom with shower and WC, a small living room with two single beds and a patio outside.
On the first floor there are two rooms with two single beds in each room.

Payment
The stay is to be paid by 11H00 on the day of departure. Please note that Reception opens at 8H00. To avoid unpleasant delays, we recommend that you make your payment by 21H30 on the previous day.

Petsi
They are welcome with a surcharge of CHF 6.- per day per animal. They must be kept on a leash on the whole property. Entrance to the restaurant is permitted on request, but not to the swimming pool.
Breakfast served in the restaurant or on the terrace in buffet format, daily from 8H00 to 10H00.
If included in the arrangement, otherwise at a cost of CHF 18.- per adult and CHF 10.- per child (up to 12 years of age) or on consummation at the bar.

The dinner menu (with a choice of three courses) is displayed at the entrance to the restaurant, as is the à la carte menu, with specialities from Ticino and international dishes.

Coffee bar
Open daily from 8H00 to 11H30. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 11H00 and 17H00 the service is provided by the reception. We trust in your understanding, which is why we ask you to ring the ‘service’ bell or contact our staff directly.
Swimming pool
Open from mid-May to mid-September daily from 10H00 to 19H00 in good weather.
In case of uncertain weather, please ask for confirmation of times at the reception desk.
The accommodation card/key will give you free access to the swimming pool during opening hours.
Upon arrival you will be given a card to present at the entrance to receive towels. For the replacement, simply return them to the pool and you will receive your card, to be used the next time.
A reserved area with sun loungers and parasols is at your disposal, subject to availability.
Public transportation
Ask at reception for the Ticino Ticket (included in the tourist tax) for free use of public transport throughout Ticino (plus reductions on some tourist attractions). The stops to reach Ponte Tresa and Lugano are Sessa Cimitero or Sessa Tortura.
Excursions
The Malcantone region offers many possibilities for excursions and walks. In the reception area you will find brochures, maps and various information.
Entertainment
Regular events or theme evenings are organised; the programme is displayed at the reception desk and in the common areas of the hotel.
Games
An outdoor playground and a games room with table tennis, billiards and table football are available for our young and older guests.
Game equipment, as well as board games and cards, is available at the reception.
Library/Reading Room
It is located on the lower floor of the main building and is at your disposal during restaurant opening hours.
Bikes
If you would like to rent mountain bikes or e-bikes from our trusted partner for a fee, please contact Reception.

Bus Transfer
Bus service available for a fee, with reservations at the reception desk at least 24 hours in advance.
Luggage
Staff are available to organise luggage transport or temporary storage outside check-in or check-out times.
Kiosk
Besides some souvenirs, postcards and maps, you can buy various toiletries, sewing sets and shoe polish.
Linen
For changing towels, please follow the instructions displayed in the bathroom. A blanket can be found in the wardrobe; should it not be sufficient or for additional pillows, please contact the reception desk without hesitation.
Laundry
In the wardrobe you will find the price list and the bag to use for the laundry service. We will return the clean and/or ironed linen to you as soon as possible.
